§ 30.22 DETERMINATION OF COSTS.

The reimbursement rates for the recoverable costs, as provided in this chapter, shall be established by the township. If a third-party service is used for the recovery of costs, the third party shall recommend the rates of reimbursement to the township which shall, in all respects, comply with the establishment of fees for non-residents under state law.
