(A) The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee shall submit to the Township Board a recommended budget request covering the cost of maintenance and development of the township parks for the ensuing year. The Township Board shall examine the budget and shall approve the entire budget, or a part of the budget that the Township Board considers reasonable and necessary, which sum shall be incorporated into the township budget.
(B) Expenditures for township parks shall be paid in a manner consistent with the payment of township debts generally incurred.
