Establishes a Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, its composition and compensation; establishes the duties and responsibilities of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and how its budget shall be approved; establishes how municipal bonding and grants can be obtained; and requires an annual report of activities conducted by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee; regulates certain activities within township parks and on or around the non-motorized pathways located within the township in order to promote the public health, safety and welfare of the persons using these amenities; and establishes a penalty for person violating the provision of this chapter; and rewards persons that provide information that leads to a conviction.
