§ 91.05 PRIVATE ROAD REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No private road shall be constructed within the township, except in accordance with this subchapter.
   (B)   The standards and requirements of this subchapter shall apply to all private roads created or constructed after the date of adoption of this subchapter. Furthermore, the standards and requirements of this subchapter shall also apply to existing private roads when any of the following occurs:
      (1)   An extension or addition is added to an existing private road;
      (2)   One or more lots are added to an existing private road or one or more lots along an existing private road are to be divided or combined; or
      (3)   The Township Board determines that an existing private road is unsafe or will not permit reasonable access to firefighting and emergency vehicles throughout the entire year to all portions of the private road.
