§ 90.100 REMOVAL; UNDERGROUND.
   (A)   (1)   As soon as practicable after the term of the franchise agreement expires, the permittee or its successors and assigns shall remove any underground cable or other portions of the permittee's facilities from the public right-of-way which has been installed in a manner that it can be removed without trenching or other opening of the public right-of-way. The permittee shall not remove any underground cable or other portions of the facilities which requires trenching or other opening of the public right-of-way, except with the prior written approval of the Manager.
      (2)   All removals shall be at the permittee's sole cost and expense.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, CABLE means any wire, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, feed wire or pull wire.
