The following are adopted by reference for the purposes of administration of the State Construction Code are declared to be part of Section 1612.3 of the State Building Code, and provide the content of the “Flood Hazards” section of Table R301.2(1) of the State Residential Code, as follows:
(A) The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Study (FIS) entitled Study for Saginaw County, Michigan (All Jurisdictions) dated October 16, 1997; and
(B) The Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMS), map number 26145C0035 (35), 26145C0040 (40), 26145C0075 (75), 26145C0080 (80), 26145C0085 (85), and Map Index 2614CIND0, dated October 16, 1997.
