Pursuant to the provisions of the State Construction Code, in accordance with § 8b(6) of Pub. Act 230 of 1972, as amended, the Building Official of Kochville Township is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the township under Pub. Act 230 of 1972, as amended, State of Michigan. The township assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act within the boundaries of the township.
