The occurrence of a false alarm shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Any person(s) or entity/entities to cause a false alarm or permit a false alarm to be caused are guilty of a violation of this chapter. To ensure that all alarm systems are properly maintained in good operating order and to minimize the cost to the township, alarm users and or contractors shall be held responsible as provided in § 93.99.
