§ 90.005 PERFORMANCE BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT; MUNICIPAL REQUIREMENT.
   The municipality may require permittee to post a bond (or letter of credit), in the amount provided in § 15(3) of the Metro Act, as amended, being M.C.L.A. § 484.3115(3).
