(a) Administrative fee. Any person who violates this chapter shall pay an administrative fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per notice of violation or order and the costs to the Town of service of orders and notices.
(b) Appeal fee. Any person who initiates an appeal concerning an alleged violation of this chapter shall pay an administrative fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per BOA appeal and a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per Council appeal.
