1345.08 EXEMPTION FOR VILLAGE-OWNED PROPERTY.

Wireless communication antennas and/or towers located on Village-owned property, by permission of the Village Council, shall be exempt from the regulations set forth in this chapter and any other provisions of the Zoning Code.
