No dwelling structure or accessory structure thereto shall be razed or demolished without first obtaining a permit from the Property Maintenance Officer. Application for said permit shall include information detailing the manner in which said dwelling structure or accessory structure shall be razed or demolished, the time period in which same will take place, documentation indicating that all environmental laws will be complied with, and information setting forth the manner in which the debris shall be disposed of.
