Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with, or violates, any of the regulations set forth herein shall be guilty of a second degree misdemeanor and each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Persons, firms, or corporations guilty of violating these Subdivision Regulations shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750.00, or imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or both.
Appropriate actions and proceedings may be taken by law or in equity to prevent any violation of these Subdivision Regulations, to prevent unlawful construction, to recover damages, to restrain, correct, or abate a violation, and these remedies shall be in addition to the penalties described above.
