Subdividers shall be responsible for payment of subdivision review fees and construction inspection fees in such amounts as set forth in the official schedule of fees as may from time to time be adopted by Council. Subdivision fees shall be submitted with the plat. Inspection fees shall be submitted prior to recordation of the plat.
