1115.02 PRELIMINARY CONFERENCE.

Prior to formal submission of a subdivision plat, the subdivider may submit to the Planning and Zoning Commission preliminary plans of the subdivision for review and comment by the Commission. Such preliminary plans shall include the general layout of streets and lots.
