753.10 DISPLAY OF PERMIT.

Every solicitor, while engaged in soliciting within the Village, shall have in his immediate possession the solicitor’s permit issued to him under the provisions of this chapter, and where so soliciting shall display the same upon demand of any duly authorized representative of the Responsible Official and upon demand of any person he is soliciting.
