745.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; PROHIBITION AGAINST VIOLATIONS.

No person shall conduct or shall allow to be conducted an occasional sale without first obtaining a license from the Chief of Police for such purpose which may only be issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
