511.04  ABATEMENT ORDERS.
   A Village law enforcement officer may issue a written warning requiring the immediate abatement of any source of sound alleged to be in violation of this chapter in lieu of issuing a citation.  (Ord. 11-08-13.  Passed 11-17-08.)
