(a) During the construction or installation of any improvements to or on real property, the person, firm or corporation to whom the permit is issued shall at the end of each working day remove from the traveled portion of all Village streets, any debris, mud, or dirt caused or generated as a result of such construction or installation.
(b) In addition to the provisions of subsection (c), the failure of the permit holder to comply with subsection (a) hereof may result in the Village cleaning or causing to be cleaned the affected area. The cost of cleaning and administrative costs associated therewith shall be deducted from any building deposits posted with the Village by the permit holder.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 10-94-16. Passed 10-17-94.)
