(a) No person shall knowingly allow a person under the age of 18 years to appear in a state of nudity in or on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.
(b) No person under the age of 18 years shall knowingly appear in a state of nudity in or on the premises of an adult theater or adult motion picture theater.
(c) It is a defense to a prosecution under subsection (a) and (b) hereof if the person under 18 years was in a restroom not open to public view or persons of the opposite sex.
