§ 836.13 MAINTENANCE OF WELLS.

No owner of land or lessee of gas or oil well rights upon the land of another shall permit a gas or oil well to become deteriorated, damaged or in such disrepair as to cause leakage of gas or oil. Such leakage shall constitute a nuisance and repair to the well shall be made forthwith.
