(a) No operator of a game room shall allow an amusement device within his or her establishment to be played by a minor between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. On any day, from September 1 through May 31, on which any school of the public school system of the city is in session and conducting classes, unless such minor is accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian.
(b) Each operator of a game room shall have displayed in a prominent place the following notice:
"No person under 18 years of age shall be allowed in this establishment between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on any day, from September 1 through May 31, on which any school of the public school system of the city is in session and conducting classes, unless such minor is accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian."
