§ 834.07 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No person shall possess, use, sell or consume any alcoholic beverage while such person is within or upon the premises of a game room. This section shall not apply to any game room for which a permit, which is in force at the time, is issued by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control.
