Each operator of a game room shall provide at least one or more responsible adults, 21 years old or older, as a supervisor who shall be readily identifiable and who shall be on duty at all times the game room is open for business. Such supervisor shall maintain the decorum of the game room and keep the aisles free for passage throughout the game room and shall further control the amount of noise within the game room so that it does not constitute a nuisance.
