(a) The interior of the game room shall contain sufficient toilet facilities as required and defined by the current provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
(b) There shall be a minimum of four feet separating each mechanical or electrical amusement device and the front portion of each device must be in view of the supervisor on the premises.
