This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any portion of the Zoning Code, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. Whenever this chapter and any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction are in conflict, the more stringent restriction shall prevail. Whenever this chapter or any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction overlap, all overlapping ordinances shall be complied with.
