§ 802.04 REAL PARTY IN INTEREST; TRANSFERABILITY.

Every license shall be issued to a real party in interest in the enterprise or business and shall be for the specific location stated on the license. Unless otherwise provided, no license shall be assigned, transferred or moved to another location.
