(a) The Director of Finance shall provide Council with the following information at the second regular Council meeting of each month:
(1) Fund balances as of the end of the preceding month;
(2) A breakdown of receipts for the preceding month and year to date, as compared to budget by major income categories;
(3) A breakdown of expenditures for the preceding month and year to date, as compared to budget by major expense categories; and
(4) A list of funds encumbered but not actually disbursed.
(b) The Director is hereby directed and authorized to pay for medical examinations as required by Ohio R.C. 2907.28.
