§ 660.15  FENCES.
   (a)   No person shall erect or maintain any fence charged with electrical current, except as permitted in § 1290.02(a)(3).
   (b)   No person shall erect or maintain a barbed wire fence. This subsection (b) does not prevent the placement and use of not more than three strands of barbed wire on top of a fence other than a barbed wire fence, provided such strands are not less than 72 inches from the ground and are used for security purposes, upon approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission as outlined in § 1290.03(g)(3).
   (c)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
