§ 230.01  ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR.
   There is hereby established the position of Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, with the following duties:
   (a)   Assist the Mayor in maintaining a sound administrative structure consistent with the City Charter and the legislation of the city;
   (b)   Assist the Mayor in administrative procedures essential to the efficient operation of the city;
   (c)   Assist the Mayor in directing the activities of city employees and reviewing the actions of subordinates in accordance with city policy; and
   (d)   Assist the Mayor in such other official action as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the objectives of administration of the city government.
