The Clerk of Council shall prepare an agenda or schedule of matters to be brought before Council. Such agenda shall be available to members of Council five days before its scheduled meeting and shall be posted in the lobby of City Hall. The members of Council shall cooperate with the Clerk by providing information (including ordinances and resolutions) needed to prepare the agenda. The agenda shall be finalized on the sixth day preceding the Council meeting for which the agenda was prepared.
