Public notice of the enactment of ordinances and resolutions and of any other Council act or proceeding which Council deems proper to publish shall be given, until otherwise determined by Council resolution, by posting copies thereof in the following three public places in the city: Kirtland Municipal Center (City Hall), 9301 Chillicothe Road; Kirtland Public Library, 9258 Chillicothe Road; and Kirtland Community Center, 7900 Euclid-Chardon Road. The notices shall be posted for not fewer than 15 consecutive days following Council action unless otherwise determined by a vote of Council.
