§ 220.15 GENERAL COMMITTEE.

Meetings of the General Committee, or Committee of the Whole, may be called by the Chairperson thereof at a regular or special meeting of Council at which all members of Council are present. Such announcement shall be deemed due notice of the meeting of the General Committee.
