§ 454.04 REMOVAL AND IMPOUNDING OF OBSTRUCTING VEHICLES.

Attended motor vehicles found standing or parked in a fire lane shall be immediately moved upon direction of any member of the Public Safety Department. Any unattended motor vehicle found standing or parked in a fire lane may be impounded in the manner set forth in § 404.05.
