§ 452.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person who is cited for a violation of this chapter for parking or standing an unattended motor vehicle, in addition to the impounding provisions and charges provided by § 404.05:
      (1)   Shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00) if such fine is paid within 72 hours after such violation;
      (2)   Shall be fined thirty dollars ($30.00) if such fine is paid after 72 hours and before 168 hours after such violation;
      (3)   Shall be fined sixty dollars ($60.00) if such fine is paid after 168 hours after such violation.
   (b)   Any person who is cited for a violation of § 452.16, shall be subject to the impounding provisions and charges provided by § 404.05. In addition, any violation of § 452.16 constitutes a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. Any subsequent offense or offenses within 12 months of commission of the immediately preceding offense, constitutes and is punishable as a fourth degree misdemeanor.

   (c)   Any person who is cited for a violation of § 452.04(e) of this chapter for parking or standing an unattended motor vehicle, in addition to the impounding provisions and charges provided by § 404.05:
      (1)   Shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if such fine is paid within seventy-two hours after such violation;
      (2)   Shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) if such fine is paid after seventy-two hours and before 168 hours after such violation;
      (3)   Shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) if such fine is paid after 168 hours after such violation.
