§ 1248.13  SANITARY SEWERS; TREATMENT FACILITIES.
   (a)   General requirements.  If a subdivision can be reasonably served by the extension of an existing public sanitary sewer, as determined by the City Engineer, the subdivider shall provide a system of sanitary sewer mains and shall provide lateral connections for each lot. Whenever main lines are installed, sewers and water shall be extended to property lines of the subdivision. Sanitary sewers shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the County Sanitary Engineer.
   (b)   Central sewage treatment plant facilities.  The effluent standards and the construction of a central sewage treatment plant facility shall meet the most current requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the city.
   (c)   Individual on-site sewage treatment facilities.  Where a public sanitary sewer is not reasonably accessible, the subdivider may provide individual on-site sewage treatment facilities for each lot, provided that such facilities are installed in accordance with State and County Board of Health requirements. The subdivider shall confer with officials of the County Board of Health as to the requirements and procedure to be observed.
