Sidewalks shall be constructed of Portland cement concrete with a minimum width of five feet and a minimum thickness of four inches, except at drive aprons where the thickness shall be six inches, all constructed to meet the requirements of ODOT Item 608, Walks and Steps, as amended. Curb ramps shall be constructed at intersections.
