The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these Subdivision Regulations. The work shall be done under the observation of the City Engineer. The minimum requirements for construction and materials shall be as specified in this chapter, and if not so specified, shall be in accordance with the standards of the most current volume of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications (otherwise referred to in this chapter as ODOT Items), ODOT Standard Roadway Construction Drawings as approved by the City Engineer, and the requirements of the State Department of Health. All observation costs shall be paid for by the subdivider.
