§ 1248.03 FAILURE TO COMPLETE.

If the developer fails to complete the installation of all improvements according to the terms and conditions of the agreement, the city, upon proper notice, may complete the same and appropriate such portion of money or bonds posted for the faithful performance of such work as may be necessary to complete the same.
