§ 412.06  DEPOSIT OF SNOW ON STREETS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person removing snow or causing snow to be removed from any device or parking lot shall deposit snow or debris on the street or roadway pavement or in the ditch of a public thoroughfare.
   (b)   It is the intent of this section to eliminate hazards created by plowing snow across public thoroughfares leaving ridges of snow in the street, to eliminate larger piles of snow along public roads that may create sight hazards or immovable objects that may be hit by city snow plows or private vehicles, and to eliminate blockage of ditches or impediment to the normal flow of water. It is not the intent of this section to penalize persons using streets temporarily to aid in cleaning driveways.
