   (9)  The Zoning Map of the City of Kirtland, dated November 2, 2010 and attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and marked Exhibit "I" to Ord. No. 10- O-35, on which certain property in the City of Kirtland is rezoned from its current zoning, is hereby adopted.

Authorizing the City Engineer to correct a drafting error on the proposed zoning map reflecting the amendments set forth by Ordinance No. 10-O-35, removing Permanent Parcel Numbers 20-A-006-I-00-006-0, 20-A-006-I-00-007- 0 and 20-A-006-I-00-008-0 from any color coding that would indicate that these parcels are zoned or are to be rezoned HTC and they remain R-1 as currently zoned.
