Whenever the owner and/or occupant of a structure or premises fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any notice of violation within the time period specified in the notice, the responsible official shall proceed as provided in §§ 1462.26 and 1462.99. The remedies provided herein are cumulative and shall not be construed to limit or exclude any remedy the City of Kirtland may have either in law and/or equity.
