§ 1448.05  WARNING SIGNS AND LIGHTS; BARRICADES; TRAFFIC DIRECTION.
   Whenever a street or alley is blocked by a building or structure which is being moved, warnings to that effect shall be placed by direction of the Police Division to prevent vehicles and persons from entering that portion of the street so blocked. A person moving a building or structure over a street, alley, sidewalk or other public place shall keep warning signs and lights and such other barricades, fences or safety equipment as may be appropriate so as to prevent any person or vehicle from colliding with it. The mover shall also provide, at his or her own expense, such other traffic control personnel and vehicles with flashing lights as may be deemed necessary by the Chief of Police, which personnel shall take direct orders from the Chief when necessary.
