§ 268.01  ESTABLISHMENT.
   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 146.02, there is hereby established a Volunteer Firefighters Dependents Fund Board in and for the city. The membership and functions of the Board shall be as provided in Ohio R.C. 146.02 et seq.
