There is hereby established a Board of Tax Review in and for the city. The membership and jurisdiction of such Board shall be as set forth in Section 883.21 of the Codified Ordinances. The Board of Tax Review is authorized and empowered to hear and determine, as set forth in Section 883.21, matters that relate to all income taxes, including, but not limited to, those that relate to or involve tax years beginning on or before December 31, 2015.
