There is hereby established, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 149.39, a Records Commission, which shall consist of the Mayor (who shall be the Chairperson), the Director of Finance, the Director of Law and a citizen appointed by the Mayor, who shall serve a term on the Commission which coincides with the term of Office of the Mayor. The Commission shall appoint a Secretary, who shall not be a member of the Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The Commission members and the Secretary shall serve without compensation.
