(a) An inoperative gasoline or automotive service station (those closed to the public for two consecutive weeks), which does not come within the definition of an abandoned station, shall be maintained in accordance with the Zoning Code and the owner shall cut all grass and remove all rubbish and weeds from the premises.
(b) The parking of motor vehicles upon such premises is prohibited, and the owner shall place in the window of such gasoline or automotive service station a "no parking" sign of at least ten square feet in area to notify the public.
