The Zoning Inspector shall cause photographs of the service station to be made and to be filed in and kept in the office of the Inspector, together with a written report of the findings of the hearing. The Inspector shall cause a written notice to be served on the owner and/or lessee stating the findings at the hearing with respect to whether or not the service station has been deemed abandoned.
