§ 1440.03 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE.

A gasoline or automotive service station which has been abandoned is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and continued vacancy of the structure is hereby determined to be a blighting influence depreciating the value and diminishing the enjoyment and use of adjoining and nearby properties.
