As used in the Ohio Building Code, the Ohio Mechanical Code, the Ohio Plumbing Code and the National Electrical Code:
(a) Building Official. "Building Official" means the Lake County Building Inspector.
(b) City of Kirtland. "City of Kirtland" is hereby inserted in any and all blank spaces provided in such code for references to "the appropriate jurisdiction." Words and terms used in such code shall be construed to mean the words, terms and titles applicable to the City of Kirtland.
